The menu at Aubergine reflects the experience of Chef Ben Willis with strong French and European overtones as he draws from his international experience at Michelin-starred restaurants.

Ben relies heavily on seasonal produce and his food reflects Canberra’s distinct seasons resulting in a regularly changing and contemporary menu.

Our front of house team is professional, attentive and well-informed to ensure all of our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.

During the week we offer our guests the choice of a 2 course ($57) or a 3 course ($65) prix fixe menu.

On Saturday evenings, we offer guests the choice of either a 3 course prix fixe menu ($68) or a 5 course tasting menu ($85).
