Noosa - a boutique resort.

Melbourne in shorts.

Shades of the Mediterranean.

Peaceful, beautiful and so very special.

A magnet for a stellar crowd of international celebrities.

Designed to take full advantage of the breathtaking views of the sea, the North Shore and First Point, it is just a towel-length away from the sand.

Floor to ceiling slide-away windows allow the sound of crashing waves to accompany the Modern Australian bistro style fare.

The ambiance is casual: the interior is ‘beach’.

Nestled at the northern end of the Sunshine Coast, 160 kilometres north of Brisbane, Noosa combines the natural charm of seaside getaways with the casual sophistication of the best international destinations.

From Laguna Lookout, at the summit of Noosa National Park, the tranquil blue waters of Laguna Bay sparkle away into the azure distance.

The view reveals Noosa’s Main Beach's north-eastern sheltered aspect which situates it perfectly for swimming, sun bathing and surfing.

Mid way along the boardwalk, at the On the Beach complex and jutting out onto the beach like the prow of a ship, just metres from the waves, is berardo's on the beach bistro.

This latest addition to Noosa's restaurant scene takes relaxing beachside dining to the nth most brilliant degree.

Jim Berardo and Greg O’Brien, who also have the culinary mecca berardo’s restaurant and bar, said their inspiration for berardo’s on the beach bistro came from their visits to the French Riviera and le bistro du coin or the cafe at the corner.

Simply put - the quaint little cafe where we often go.

The style of food is Modern Australian with Noosa flair.

The clever ever changing menu, suiting our region’s sub tropical lifestyle, has been created by Chef Shane Bailey.

Shane aims to provide light coastal cuisine using top quality and mostly local produce with an emphasis on seafood.

He is dedicated to the Daily Specials so that the freshest seafood can be featured

The wine list is comprehensive with all wines available by the glass.

A more extensive wine lists is available from berardo’s restaurant and bar.

Not only is it a great place for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it is perfect for a relaxed ‘ Special Afternoon Tea Service’ or that Sunset Cocktail.
