Proprietors George Alexopoulos, Michael Salerno, Peter De Marco and Adam Swanson have collectively combined their strengths to create a European restaurant with strong Italian influences.

ESCA Restaurant won Best New Restaurant (2005) and Best European Restaurant (2006), and finalists in 2007 and 2008, in the South Australian Restaurant and Catering Association Awards.
