Harveys welcomes the arrival of new Head Chef George Santalucia.  

After working in some of Melbourne's finest eateries from Caffe e Cucina to Ezard, George has returned from the UK after a stint at Gary Rhodes' Rhodes 24.  

He will continue Harveys’ commitment to creative menus, seasonal local produce and clean flavours.
