Our menu, created by head chef Peter Werth and team has drawn upon the famous surfing point breaks from around the world as inspiration for the dishes we present here.
For starters we have constructed a flexible list of appetisers that can be shared amongst friends at the table or great to snack on at the bar.
In true surfing tradition, we have also offered a wide selection of mains from the char grill, and our chefs are always making the most of the freshest seasonal ingredients to create a blackboard bursting with daily specials.
Where possible, all our raw ingredients have been sourced locally to provide a fresh, healthy and flavoursome menu to cater to coastal tastes.
We use healthy oils for all our cooking and can provide special meals for any specific dietary needs.
