We hand make our cheese using milk from single herds – so the skill of our cheese makers must always be utilized when working through the seasonal changes.
Our goat milk comes from Middleton - which is near Victor Harbour , and our Jersey Milk comes from Greenock – which is in the Barossa Valley .
Our cheeses are available throughout Australia .
