 About the Chef

Graeme Stockdale, head chef of Utopia restaurant in Bangalow village has a passion for cooking that shows in the dishes he presents.

Originally from the south west corner of Western Australia, an area rich in aquaculture, agriculture and viticulture, Graeme has had developed a broad knowledge of an extensive selection of produce over the years.

It is this knowledge and interest in all cuisines and produce that sets him on the path to creating remarkable dishes second to none.

With his cuisine experience ranging from classic French dishes to traditional Thai the Utopia menu he has created is sure to impress all culinary tastes.

His elegant yet understated way of dealing with food makes the Utopia dining experience a unique, unforgettable experience.
